These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of My Sun Days (the "Service"), provided by Nuno Soares ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and enter into a contract with Nuno Soares.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• Using it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Sending spam or infringing content;
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Interfering with security (e.g. malware, probing, scraping, circumventing limits).

3. Intellectual property

Nuno Soares retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

4. Service availability

We work to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Payments, subscriptions, and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

8. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nuno Soares' place of establishment, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts.
